All the details, about the upcoming update are here:

In order not to wait, until all the changes are implemented, will share this topic to gather feedback, for what's already added.

Mercenaries:

Stalker - Training Upgrades:

Shield Health:
Reduced Shield Health bonus from +15 to +10
Reduced Shield Health regeneration bonus rate, from +2 to +1
Increased Shield Health Regeneration Delay from 4.2 to 4.5 (time required until starts regenerating health)
Shield Health regeneration delay bonus is reduced by -0.66 per upgrade, from -1.00
(Previous total time 3.9, new total 4.0)

Weapon:
Main Weapon Attack rate was being decreased by -0.0120, instead of -0.0100, (making it attack slightly faster). Corrected the value to -0.0100.

Elite Mercenaries:

Mech Tank: (Siege Tank)
Main Weapon:
Bonus Damage scaling per upgrade, is decreased from +10 to +8
Damage Area Of Effect radius is reduced from 0.6 to 0.5

Mini Mothership Elite:
Mass Recall - Ability:
Fixed a bug with Infested Savior being recalled using Mass Recall Ability.


Battlecruiser Elite Mercenary:
Main Unit:
Health Regeneration is decreased from 15 to 5.

Ghost Elite:
Snipe damage scale decreased from +25 to +20, keeping base of 200 the same.

Heroes:

Spectre:
Abilities - Psionic Lash:

Decreased Cast time from 2 seconds to 1

Abilities - Ultrasonic Pulse

Increased Radius from 0.9 to 1.5

HT & HTA:
Abilities - Feedback: (The range differs from HTA by 0.5, it's not the same, but its very close)

HT: Decreased Feedback Cast bonus range per level by 25%.
Base Feedback Cast range is set to 8 from 8.25
Previous max level Cast range was 9.65
New max level Cast range is 9.05

HTA: Decreased Feedback Cast range by -4.5%.
Previous max level Cast range was 10.15
New max level Cast range is 9.7

Phoenix:
Abilities - Graviton Beam:

Decreased Base Graviton Beam cast range from 6.5 to 6.25
Increased Bonus cast range from leveling up, from 0.35 to 0.5
Previous Graviton Beam max level cast range was 8.95
New Graviton Beam max level cast range is 9.75

Odin:
Leveling System:

Increased Damage for AA Weapon by +3 per level upgrade.
Decreased Fraction gained per Hero Level for AoE damage, by 40%.

Abilities - Psionic Boost

Added new ability "Psionic Boost" under a 35 second base cooldown.
Increases movement speed by +50% for 2 seconds.
Faster Attack Rate by 10% for 2 seconds.
Each Hero Level upgrade, increases the ability attributes by:

Ability Duration by +6.5% per level upgrade.
Bonus movespeed by +6% per level upgrade.
Bonus Faster Attack Rate by +3% per level upgrade.
Ability cooldown by -2.5 seconds per level upgrade.

Everything looks good, I'm worried commando will be too strong though after that change.

Would also like to see Phoenix max lift range extended by 1 as well.

And would like to see the scaling for odins damage done the same as commandos snipe, Where it gets more damage and health based on hero/marine/elite upgrades.

So the buff that is needed is not for commando, but for Spectre (commando's ultimate hero morph). I'm a little confused about these changes, since we discussed the following in discord:

-buff spec lash (reduce casting time by 1 second)
-buff spec stun vs heroes (increase radius to 1.5, but make it only affect heroes)
-reduce HT feedback range by 1 at all levels, including HTA

We want to incentivize people to morph from a commando to a spectre, but the proposed commando change does the opposite :C

And I'm not sure that reducing HTA feedback range by 0.15 is going to do anything.

Please consider making the changes I proposed above, at least for Spectre. And I would highly advise against the proposed commando change.

I agree with the elite changes.

Im okay if the commando changes only affect its damage vs heros, and then when you go spec its damage works vs elites and heros. I think there is a missing early game counter for heros, and a commando snipe buff vs them would be nice, but in that case specter should also get something to make people want to morph.

Everything else looks good though, maybe slightly more of a nerf to the FB range on HT.

Just want to make sure that if this change is made, should make Ultrasonic Pulse work on heroic units only.

Currently it works on army as well, and we used to have 1.5 radius USP in the past which was OP against armies.

Odin ability sounds cool :D

I cant stress enough That specter is going to be so OP, I would suggest leaving it alone and just increasing lash damage and just a tad faster lash, like -0.5 time from current lash.

The phoenix grav beam nerf at early levels i dont think is needed. If you leave how it is, and just give it the buff it should be good.

Everything else looks amazing!

Yeah sorry Raiden I should have clarified: meant 1 real-time second, not 1 in-game second (different due to timescale).

So spec lash windup should be 2-(1/2.45) = 1.6 in-game seconds (not 1).

If you have time can you please remove recall from support tower? Its heavily abused.

For the Odin ability, shouldnt it increase attack speed as well?

I would love to see Hk's get some more attack range in the midd levels from like 3-6. Currently the attack range is super bad on them. I think at max level its 6.5 range? And without push they hardly ever attack.

Spec Lash decrease and the stun increase is going to be so OP, you can just stun and then lash and it will die. Really think the lash needs either shorter range or decrease time to lash by only 0.5 instead of 1.

Everything else looks super good and am excited to see the patch!
