GENERAL

HEROES

Hunter Killer:
- Splash damage increased to 100% (from 50%)
- Base damage decreased to 18 (from 30)
- Damage per level decreased to +2 (from +4)
- Damage per CC decreased to +3 (from +6)
- Base move speed increased to 5 (from 4.3)
- Move speed per level decreased to +.16 (from +.25)
(Damage vs crowd control buffed while damage vs single target nerfed)

Phoenix:
- Base move speed reduced to 6 (from 7)
- Base weapon damage reduced to 15 (from 20)

ELITES

Overseer:
- Reduced range of contaminate to 8 (from 10)
- Added +1 contaminate rage to each elite shop upgrade
- Reduced move speed to 5 (from 7)
- Added +1 ve speed to each elite shop upgrade
