Boosters:
- Hotkey to B

MediBabe:
Healing:
- Removed armor bonus
SpeedBoosters:
- Hotkey to B
- CD to 45
- Duration to 6 (from 2)
- Speed bonus to 25% (from 75%)
- Gives +2 Armor + 15%. (only for duration of boost)
(Mostly so that when you drop units they don't just die super fast early game.)

Overseer:
- Limit to 2
Changlings:
- Have push
- Speed lowed to 5 (from 5.4)
- AOE radius to 1.8, +0.2 per elite up.
Contaminate:
- AOE radius to 0.5(Makes fest not so immune to stuns since it's only unburrowed for a fraction of a sec by good players)

Viking: It's very OP at AA now that it can scoot and shoot instead of having to sit in one place...
(Flying mode)
- Move speed reduced to 6
Auto Attack:
- Damage to 3.5 (from 4) (Base dps vs 2 armor to 50, from 70)
- Base armor pen to 50% (from 75%) (Corrupts which have 4 base armor should now be a bit more resilient vs viking dmg)


Hero:

Infestor:
Fungal:
- Range to 7 (from 7.5)
- E cost to 75
- Base duration to 4 (from 5)
Leech:
- Cost to 50 (from 35)


Phoenix: They are in pretty good spot when they come out, but don't gain nearly enough from leveling... End up very UP later. /// This may have tipped them to being OP though.
- Shield regen/level to x1.175 (from flat +2)
Auto Attack:
- Range per level to +0.25 (from 0.2)
- DMG base to 7 (from 6)
- DMG per level to +1 (from 0.5)
- ROF Base to 0.4 (from 0.35)
- ROF /level to -0.0275 (from -0.2)(Ends at same 0.18)
- (Has same base auto dps, and is similar for lvl 1, but then starts getting stronger with more levels compared to before.)
Grav:
- -0.33 sec CD / level.
- Cost 10 energy

Tass: Moves max tass storm duration from ~1.1 to 1.5 (so you have a little chance to move out of its dmg)
Storm:
- Storm period duration per level to x0.85 (from 0.8)(Storm doesn't get quite so short on doing its damage)

Zeratul:
VP:
- Does some damage
- Base of 5 tics of dmg + 1 tic per hero level.
- DMG per tic base 4 +.25/level +0.25/hero dmg
- Base net is 20, max of 69
(Want to provide some more incentive for teching DT. Also because as game goes on DT generally isn't able to do that much with his auto attack compared to early game)

Mercs:

Zergling: They fail at countering sharp blobs... Zlots are strong dmg but with dmg nerf vs Sharps, this is opposite, so lings would have dmg buff vs sharps.
Auto Attack:
- To 10 Dmg (from 9.5)
- Gains +1 vs psionic
