(For how infrequently it can yamato, and how easy it is to deny/avoid, it should be more rewarding to land)


DW:

Stun:
- Reduce splash size to 0.35 (from 0.5)
Transfuse:

Raven:

- Flys at constant speed for ~3 sec, then accelerations
- if it gets within 2 range it cannot be dodged.
- Redux vs heroic removed
- Redux vs air removed
- AOE profile buffed:
--- 100% fraction to 0.8 (from 0.65)
--- 50% fraction to 1.45 (from 1)
--- 25% fraction to 2.5 (from 2)
(For more counter play etc... Basically Ravens are absurdly easy and safe to use for the damage they do later in game, and the micro required to minimize it. So instead of being a mini yamato, they are now different. More rewarding if they hit, but also more dodgable. Idea is similar to ladder in that it is to force players to spend micro splitting/running instead of doing w/e they want.)


Sentry:
Spoiler:
- Shield per HP up to +30 (from 0)... (Was only getting ~10 hp per up before)
Hallucination:
(makes hallucinations of target unit within 30 range)
- Costs 75 energy
- 45 sec CD
- Lasts 60 sec
- Makes:
--- For Hero/Elite: the limit you can have (ex 1x col or mando, 2x raven, or 3x reaper/hk)
--- For Mercs (Except ling/Rine): 20
--- For Marines/Lings: 40
- Hallucinations take double damage, and can be revealed by detectors


Tal:

- Kill bounty to 7500 (from 15000)
PlanetCracker:
- No longer removes shield (also no longer restores to full shield after finishing).
- No longer debuffs it's armor.


Vulture:

- Reduced starting energy regen slighty, and regen/up(So a bit less mining, esp later in game)

(Make queen more unique to play.. Instead of it ramboing around map via auto creep, you would have to spread creep.. this allows some counter play by clearing creep so queen wont just zoom into your base to fungal you etc.... at same time, it's pretty fast on creep now)

- FIXED icon (so its not confused with untouchable)
- Spell evasion to 50% (from 40%)(They will still likely be oneshot by teched hero, but it helps)

BC:
Fixed actually removed boost.
E-Repairs:
- E cost to 100 (from 50) (was intended cost anyway)
- Duration to 7, regen/sec less

Ghost:
- Fixed limit to 2
Snipe:
- Windup time to 1.75 (from 1.5) (so easier for those who aren't so aware)
- 250 dmg, +15/up (from 300, + 22.5)
- +50% vs Col/Odin/HB/Nix/Vulture (from +100%)
EMP:
- CD to 4 sec (from 1) (this is so 1 ghost can not just ez dub emp to deny a bc with full energy with yam already winding up - yam windup is 3 sec.)

Medi:
- Removed armor field

Raven:
HSM:
To: Launch at 7 move speed (from 0)
stays at this for 3 sec, then starts speeding up. (instead of constant low accel)
Duration extended so you cannot out run it
AOE buffed a little bit more.

Sentry:
- Fixed HP/up

Hero:

These are NOT new... went live almost a month ago.

Elite:

General:
- Added Range circles for:
--- Backlash Barrage

DuskBabes:
Barrage:
- Reduced CD to 1 (from 1.5)
- Charge Regen is unchanged at 6.

Overseer:
Changeling:
- FIXED changlings can morph from seeing destroyers/reavers (hadn't been able to since forever).

HERO:

DTA
VP:
- Fixed unintentional nerf to its VP range, fixed actors

Phoenix(it's been verrrry OP)
Grav:
- Reduced base lift time to 1.25 (from 1.5)
- Max to 2.85 (from 4)

Infestor: (also been verrrry OP)
Fungal:
- Removed attack debuf/level, retains base debuff of 25%.

HT
FeedBack:
- FIXED to do correct dmg (was doing far more than it should have, no more killing full hp bc's with FB)
- At base 1.5 dmg for each energy on unit
- at max does 4 dmg for each energy
