General:

'Summoned'
- Summoned tag is used on high hp stuff which take bonus dmg from mando/spec/ghost etc.
- These (ground)units also break force fields.
units:
- Ultimate Heroes (Queen, DA, HTA, Spec)
- T2 Hero (HB, Col, Odin, Phoenix)
- Elites (BC, MiniThor)

Tower:
- Scans 75 cost.
- Starts at full energy.

Creep:
- costs to 50
- Disappears faster when tumors killed (clears at same rate it can spread now)

EMP/grenade tosses:
- Have travel time instead of instant.

Elites:

General:
- Hp ups to give +1% dmg redux per up (Not applied to spell). (mostly noticeable late late game so they don't insta pop) CAPS at 25%

Elite Trainings:
- Instant purchase (No longer can buy 2 at once for less).
- Each training reduces cost of ALL other training by 50 (CAPS to 50/150 cost per elite)
(So elite 1 trainings are 300/350, then elite 2 is 200/250, elite 3 is 100/150, all other elites 50/150)

BC:
- Tagged 'Summoned' (Takes significant bonus dmg from mando/spec)
Auto:
- Doubled projectile speeds.
- Both set to 100% splash fraction, radius 0.35 (ground already was this, air was 35% fract, 0.55 radius)
- Trainings increase radius by 0.05

Corruptor:
Auto:
- Dmg to 50 + 5 (from 55+5.5)
Corruption:
- Base dmg boost to 15% (from 30%)
(Corruption Synthesis boosts this back to 30%)
Trainings:
- Auto range distributed evenly instead of all on enraged.
- Enraged boosts attack speed to 0.35 (from 0.33)

Dback:
- Properly hovers over units now
- can fly over FF, but does not break them
- slowed speed to 5, +.75/training
Shockwave:
- Added AOE indicator
- Slowed speed
- WAY more obvious when it's coming.
UPG - Evisceration:
- Auto Attack speed to 0.6 (from 0.65)

Ghost:
Auto:
- Ghost trainings decrease weapon time by 0.1 each.
EMP:
- Energy drain to 50+5 (from 60+5)
Snipe:
- Fixed (accidentally removed)
- 200 + 20/up. + 20 per training

MediBabe:
- reduced base energy regen
Lift:
- Medi cannot lift/drop units while it is contaminated.
- Also: can NOT lift:
- VP'd units
- OS stunned units
- miniThor Barraged units
- Fungaled Units
Speed Boost:
- Base duration reduced to 1.75 (from 2.5)
Medi Ups:
- Increase duration of speed boost by 0.5

MiniMomma:
- Max energy to 225 (from 300)
Vortex:
- Fixed. Vortex breaks FF's.

MiniThor:
- 'Summoned'
- Has FF smash, Immune to flashbang, cannot be lifted by phoenix
- Tanky but slow, and short ranged vs ground with low dps, but splash weapon.
AA Auto:
- Very long range (when upped), but low dmg/dps.
- Ignores Phoenix Hardened Shield
- Deals 2x dmg to 'heroic'
Barrage:
- Does AOE dmg over time, and stunlocks units that are hit for duration.

Obs:
- Has hardened shield (caps dmg to 25, -nix is 20). (Mostly affects later game survival).
Ocular:
- Radar to 18
- Reduces Obs Scanner boost CD

Overseer:
- Base energy regen increased to 2.5 (from 2.25)
Changelings:
- Dmg to 50 + 5/up (from 60 + 10)

Raven:
- Base regen to 2.25 (from 2) (less per hp/up as consequence)
AutoTurrets:
- CD/Charge to 20 (from 10)
HSM:
- Cost to 150 (from 125)
- Range to 8 (from 8.5)
- +0.5/lvl (from 0.75)
- Guidance Upgrade increases seeker move speed
Corvid:
- to +0.75 (from +1)

Reaper:
- Passive heal delay to 5 (from 2) (they regen much faster than anything else)
Auto:
- Base dmg to 10 (from 12)--- +1dmg/training
- Base to 0.45 (from 0.4) (ups give -0.05 from 0.025) (same when teched, just bit lower at base)
(Follows standard elite dps scaling from training now)

ScienceVessel:
BioPlague:
- initial cast limited to 8 untis
- each infected unit can only spread to 2 new unit at end of infection duration
(Much less OP vs pubs)

Sentry:
- Base max energy to 125 (from 100)
(So it can pool enough for 2 ff + gshield at base)

Tank:
- Limit 2
Auto:
- removed bonus vs heroic, gains 50% bonus vs 'summoned'
- Dmg to 100 (from 80)
- ROF to 0.75 (from 0.55)
Sieged:
- Dmg base to 100 (from 80)
- 2x dmg vs 'summoned'
- Fraction to 0.75 (from 0.8)
- ROF to 8 (from 3.75)
(Individually less dps than before, but you can leapfrog them etc.)


Viking:
AGAuto:
- Base ROF to 0.35 (from 0.41) (not so terrible now)
AAAuto:
- DMG to 3.75 (from 3.5)
- DMG/up to 0.25 (from 0.11)

Vulture:
- Removed 'summoned' (Ie mando doesn't do crazy dmg to it now)
- Removed FF smash (can counter it with sentry now)
- Spider mines to 100 hp base (from 300)

Hero:

Colossus:
- Base speed to 5 (from 5.4)
- Speed/lvl to +.15 (from .25)
- HP/up to 250 (from 320)
Auto:
- base 40 dmg (from 50)

Commando:
Auto:
- Base to 0.7 (from 0.75)
- 0.04/lvl (from 0.05)
- bonus vs heroic removed, bonus vs summoned to 50%
Concussive Grenade:
- Has travel time (like all other emps/grens now)
- Slows Attack speed and move speed.
- Disables abilities
- Base time to 3.25 (from 2.25)
- CD to 6 (from 5)
Snipe:
- To rect search area (5x0.5) (Lineshot(ish))
- Removed all charge requirements for snipe.
- CD between snipes increased to 7.5 (from 3)
- Has 0.66 sec aim time and 1.6 sec finish time (from instaclick)
- Removed +50% vs heroic (t1 hero)...
- Removed debuff vs air
- 5x dmg vs 'summoned' (Ultimates, HB, Thor, Col, Phoenix, MiniThor, BC)
- Base dmg 150 (750 vs 'summoned') (from 200/750)
- Dmg/Level +40 (from +40) (Max is now 430(2.15k) from 480(1.8k)
- Dmg/Up to +20 (from 10) (+100 vs summoned)
(This is overall a early dmg nerf to non T2, but a bit of dmg buff on snipe vs elite later (stronger scaling), however generally weaker vs non summoned hero. now has some committal to using snipe, and thus some more counterplay)

DA:
Blink:
- Split ability from DTBlink.
- Has 1 charge CD of 6(this what old DA had)

HB:
- Cost to 750 (from 1150)
// Follows same cost scaling as all T2
Auto:
- Base dmg to 35 (from 45) (+1/lvl from 0)

HK:
Auto:
- Base dmg to 25 (from 14)
- Drains % of current HP per atk (base is 1.5%, max is 0.8%)
(to 50% hp after ~15 sec of constant attacking)
Frenzy:
- Removed
Self Heal:
- Regens ~30% of hp in 7.5 sec
- While healing atk, and move speeds are slowed by 30%

HT:
Storm:
- Can cast without vision
- Does dmg over 1.75 (from 2.1)

Infestor:
- burrowed HP regen to 2 (from 1)
- unburrowed HP regen to 12 (from 10)
BaneBombs:
- Can cast without vision
Fungal:
- Base dmg to 48 (from 20)
- Max to 95 (from 48)

Odin:
- Cannot be lifted by phoenix
- HP/up to 250 (from 100)
AA Auto:
- Ignores Phoenix Hardened Shield
- Base dmg to 30 (from 25)
- Dmg/lvl to 0 (from 5)
- Base splash frac to 0.75 (from 0.65)
- Splash Frac/lvl to +0.05 (from -0.06)
(Net is: Base dmg and splash a bit stronger at base, At max splash is same, but direct dmg is ~50% of what it was)

Phoenix:
(More HP scaling but less tanky on HP - its so mando snipe doesn't just 1 shot it)
- Life armor to 0 (from 2)
- Life armor per up to 0.5 (from 1)
- Life per level to +125 (from 75)
- Life/Shield per hp up to +200 (100/100)
- Odin/Mini Thor AA attacks ignore phoenix hardened shield if direct hits.
Auto:
- Armor pen to 75% (from 100%)
- Base range to 5 (from 5.5)
Grav:
- can no longer lift T2 hero (or miniThor)
- can lift all ultimates (including spec)
- Drains ~20 energy per sec to targets that are lifted. (Base is ~25 energy, max is 45 or so, depending on targets regen rate)

Queen:
- offcreep to 3.5 (from 3.25)

Spec:
Auto:
- bonus switch to 'summoned' from all hero (IE vs Ultimates/HB/Col/Odin/BC/MiniThor
Lash:
- Can lash nix
- Base dmg to 1k (from 1.5k) (dmg/up to 40 from 60)
- Bonus vs heroic removed
- Bonus vs 'summoned' to 500% (5k base +200 per dmg up).
(Summoned are T2 heroes+ultimates+miniThor/BC)
USP:
- Cost to 50 (from 35)
- Range to 10 (from 9)
(Essentially unchanged vs T2/ults. But not a lash counter vs everythign anymore.. USP buffed on range, so can use that to stun army or focus elites more easily)

Zeratul:
Blink:
- Base CD to 19 (from 14)
- -2sec/level (max to 5 from 7)

Marines

Minors:
- Cost to 400/600 (from 500/750)


MERCENARIES:

Air:
General:
- supply cost to 10 (from 11)


Range:

Maraider:
Concussive:
- Concussive to 400 (from 300)
- Base is 27.5% slow (from 50)
- +7.5% slow per raider 3x training (max at 50)
