GENERAL
Anti-Unit Tower
-Changed Tassadar Storm ability to HTA Storm.

Anti-Hero Tower
-Added Consumption Ability
-Added Mando Conc Grenade Ability

MARINE
No changes.

MERCENARY
Baneling
-Fixed all scalings.
-Fixed supply cap glitch, can no longer exceed max supply using baneling morph.
-Canceling morph now kills the unit.
-Cost reduced to 6 minerals.
-Increased initial damage to 60 (120 to structures).

Wraith
-Fixed a bug where leveling Commando would upgrade Wraith attack.

HERO
Infestor
-Fungal damage scaling changed from "subtract 0.15" to 2% increase per level.

ELITE
Aberration
-Increased hp scaling from 125 to 200.
-Removed HP cost of Frenzy ability.
-Added a new ability "Mend" that heals a large amount of HP while being immobilized for the duration of ability.
-Frenzy buffed slightly with an additional 20% armor buff.

Oracle
-Set limit on the number of stasis wards per player to 7.
-Changed construction time of stasis wards to 30 seconds.
-Damage scaling fixed.

Siege Tank
-Siege Mode REMOVED.
-Added a new ability "Emergency Thrusters" that gives it a temporary speed boost.
-Elite upgrades changed accordingly.

TOOLTIPS
-Marine Minor Stim Addict tooltip fixed

GENERAL
Base Defense Revamp
-Separated upgrades for Damage, Armor, and Health
-Costs 150/150, 300/300, 150/150 respectively.
-2 upgrades per category, total up to 1200.
-Upgrades now apply across more structures than before (auto turrets and PDD included), and some buffs were made.
-Bunker capacity starts at 8 now and upgrades +2 per damage upgrade.
-Bunker model changes with Armor upgrade.
-Further changes.
