GENERAL

MERCS

Brutalisk
- Decreased base damage to 14 (from 15.5)
- Decreased HP per CC to +20 (from +24)

HEROES

Zeratul
- Decreased base VP duration to 1.25 sec (from 2 sec)
- Added +.25 sec per level (3 sec at lvl 7)
- Decreased VP +range per level to +.25 (from +.5)

Commando
- Increased base weapon range to 7.5 (from 7)
- Decreased weapon +range per level to +.1667 (from +.25)

ELITES

Observer
- Increased detection range to 10 (from 7)
- Decrease vision range to 15 (from 20)

Mothership
- Cloaking Field is now on a toggle and costs energy over time (hotkey C)

Medi-Babe
- Increased Base HP to 400 (from 350)

BUGS
- Fixed load screen issues (yay! I can publish again)
- Probably fixed queen burrow delay/cancels
