I only see oracle used defensively. Having stasis ward construction of time of 30 only confirms that. Can we make oracle have an offensive option? it has that beam thing, which loses to like 10 units.

One thing i'd like to see is if stasis ward construction time was a lot shorter (2-3 seconds), then you can use it outside your base more often.

anyways the recent oracle changes don't affect the game at all, 7 is still too high of a cap imo, unless someone macroing and focusing on defense, and the 30 second thing is just making the unit unviable.

I agree, I'd suggest what Pocky said and make a much shorter time but say max of 2 stasis wards. That way it could be used effectively in combat and still be valuable in base defense while not making your base completely immune to drops/recalls and extremely annoying for regular attacks. Also maybe shorten the duration of the stun by half or so.

I like the last changes made on the oracle.

I believe 4 is a good number but it needs a cooldown.
Just like marine drops. There's a penalty if you use them too much and there's a cooldown after 5.

I think statis ward should cost minerals and have a mineral cost increment. This way people will use them alot more carefully and will prevent people from abusing it. too.
