.. that's some high-level trolling right there. More than one of you who get pissed at your partner you're playing with will definitely use this tactic.. i can tell.
Banes in general have gotten out of control in the game. I know there was a change to them (cost I think) which has caused this, but games now are just banefests. really hard to counter without lots of FFs and even then, the cost for buying new ones and time to reload a full barrage of banes doesn't dissuade someone from just spamming them over and over. Probably should up the cost on them just a tad to make it much more of a home-run tactic than a "let's just keep doing this over and over" tactic.
