GENERAL
Hotkeys
-Changed hotkey to buy warp prism in the center shop to "F" from "E" in order to resolve a conflict with viking.
-Changed hotkeys to buy the following elites in the Command Center/Planetary Fortress in order to align with the grid layout:
--- Raven, Reaper, Sentry, Minithor, Vulture, Oracle, Aberration, Warp Prism

MARINE

MERCENARY

HERO
No changes.

ELITE
Medivac
-Maximum cargo count and cargo space increased to 112 from 56.
-Maximum purchase limit reduced from 2 to 1.

Warp Prism
-Maximum range for loading cargo increased to 3 from 1.
-Maximum number of units affected by attackspeed buff increased to 50 from 30.
-Maximum cargo count and cargo space increased to 112 from 56.
-Void Zealot base Vitality increased from 175+90 to 230+170.
-Void Zealot Vitality scaling increased from 7+3.5 to 17+13.
--- These changes are intended to help make Warp Prism on par with Medivac.
--- Void Zealots will absorb a similar amount of damage to auto-turrets.
