-Fixed a bug where Ultimate Phoenix Morph could be initiated without having both Phoenix on the field.
-Movement speed reducton of Phoenix upon successful Graviton Beam increased from 25% to 50%.
--- Should make phoenix more vulnerable to counterattacks unless the lift is canceled.

Queenfestor
-Movement speed and acceleration reduction of units affected by Fungal Growth reduced from 100% to 80%.
-Attack speed reduction of units affected by Fungal Growth increased from 25% to 90%.
-Fungal Growth duration increased from 2 to 2.5 seconds.

Zeratul
-Fixed a bug where Zeratul revive cost reduction would not scale with levels.

ELITE
Ghost
-Ghost Snipe "range extra" reduced from 6 to 5.5.
-Purchase cost reduced from 250 to 225.

Sentry
-Incoming damage reduction of Guardian Shield reduced from 20% to 15%.
