No1, I dont like the current ability, its a cheese, it looks funky, can be totally OP in some situations and useless in others.

Pros: I like that you took a risk to add a merc that is this OP in merc base killing and hero killing.
High dmg, low att speed, no AOE, medium speed. This is a unit that was missing from the game.

Con: Ability, just sucks big balls.
Suggestion: replace this ability with a +2 Range attack for a few seconds. (will do aproximaly the same job but be less of a cheese)
Give AA permanently but reduce dmg to 50% to air (non hero)

Bonus: i think medivac and the Warp Prism are redundant. Should be 1 unit, with ability to either heal or boost attack speed while standing and no auras while in transporting mode.

I think now that Adept is no longer a base killer, you should increase his attack speed, i would say 10% more.

Remember he's got no splash and no air to air
