High Income: (balance default)
(Really continuous income)
- gives 10 income every 10 sec continuously. 10 min incomes 500.

Supply:
- Map max supply to 550 (from 800)
(elites take up 10% of their cost as supply: ex BC takes 50 supply, raven 30)
(start making melee more mechanically viable)

Scans:
- cost 75 energy (from 50) (CC e regen increased to compensate)
(want detection to be less constant later in game)

Mercs:

General:
- Increase range of starting mercs to 5.5 (from 5)
- Increase marine starting range to 5 (from 4.5)

Goliath:
- Base armor to 1 (form 2) (so they can be better countered by their counters).

Elite Upgrades:
- Disabled UWS/DWF
- Elite dmg/hp scaling boosted by ~25%

Battlecruiser:

- Increase charge time of yam to 4+ (from 2.5 or w/e its at)

- Auto slowed to 0.74 (given back through levels)

Marines:
(want rines to be viable to tech rush from start, but also not so insanely cost efficient later in game).

- ROF to 0.35 (from 0.36)

Stim reduces range by 0.5 (but gives lot more dps in that)

- All give +25 HP + 1 Armor in addition to normal
- Give +1 bounty

More rine fixes... not all thats listed here is changed (but added for completeness)


Marine:
- HP to 70 (from 60)
- Armor pen to 50% (from 0)
- DMG/up to 0.5 (from 0.9)
- ROF to 0.35 (from 0.36)
- Range to 5 (from 4.5)
Stim reduces range by 0.5 (but gives lot more dps in that)

(also helps reduce armor capping mechanics --- which are realllllly bad)
