High Income: (balance default) (Really continuous income) - gives 10 income every 10 sec continuously. 10 min incomes 500.
Supply: - Map max supply to 550 (from 800) (elites take up 10% of their cost as supply: ex BC takes 50 supply, raven 30) (start making melee more mechanically viable)
Scans: - cost 75 energy (from 50) (CC e regen increased to compensate) (want detection to be less constant later in game)
Mercs:
General: - Increase range of starting mercs to 5.5 (from 5) - Increase marine starting range to 5 (from 4.5)
Goliath: - Base armor to 1 (form 2) (so they can be better countered by their counters).
