-Added MrPocky as our newest beta tester, for his many contributions to bug testing and fixing!

-Standardized all elite purchase and purchase cooldown times to 10 seconds.
-Standardized all Tier 1 Hero revive times to 18 seconds at max level, scaling at -1 second per level (same as DT).
-Standardized all Tier 1 Hero purchase costs to 180 minerals at max level, scaling at -10 minerals per level (same as DT).
-Standardized all Tier 1 Hero initial purchase costs to 500 minerals.

-Bug fix: Mercenary buildings now have 5 queue slots, as intended (should not cancel spawning when you buy trainings).
-Bug fix: Command center now has 2 queue slots, as intended (should prevent the queuing hero level discount bug).

Stim Addict (Minor Upgrade)
-Movement speed multiplier reduced from 0.15 to 0.10.

Mercenary Marines
-Bug fix: when purchased, Mercenary Marines can now use the "Blink" ability, as intended.

-Dodge ability can now evade splash attacks.
---Previously did not work against splash attacks (like Odin).

-Health scaling decreased from 4.5 to 4.
-Shield scaling decreased from 8.5 to 8.
---A net reduction of 1 HP scaling.

-Increased stun radius from 0.9 to 0.75.

-Seeker missile initial speed increased from 7.5 to 8.
-Seeker missile speed with Guidance Package upgrade increased from 10 to 11.5.
---Should now be harder to dodge.

-Bug fix: damage scaling now works as intended.
-Buy Reaper hotkey changed from "R" from "E" to resolve a conflict with diamondback.

-Increased acceleration and deceleration to 45 from 26.
-Increased attack speed from 1.25 to 1.
-Decreased Barrage radius from 1.5 to 1.
-Decreased Barrage damage from 6 to 5.
-Decreased initial Barrage duration from 3 to 2.
-Decreased Barrage duration after upgrade from 4.5 to 3.
-Decreased Barrage cast time from 0.8 to 0.65.
-Decreased Barrage cooldown from 30 to 25.
---These changes should make Barrage slightly weaker but more usable.

New Elite - Aberration!
-Tanky elite unit, costs 300 minerals.
-Currently has 1 ability ("Frenzy"), which temporarily increases armor in exchange for HP.

No changes.
