-Removed hotkey for destroy base defense, previously "D"

-Added "Ground Elite Mercenary Shop" to north and south of center
-Changed east and south merc shops to "Air Elite Mercenary Shop"
---This allows for any elite to be purchased at the mid shops instantly (some were previously not available).
