Few more hot fixes guys

- Units being grav beams are now classed as flying units
- Phoenix can now fire while grav beaming
- Auto Turret Cooldown thing fixed now is 20 seconds instead of 30.
- Crackling burrowing bug
- Tassadar storm dmg fixed (was doing 10 more dmg than it shoulda been)
- Centre beacon fixed and changed the model
- SV Hotkey on shop fixed
- Savior not working on temple lots fixed
- Possible fix to language pack issues
- Possible fix to OBS and Replay loading
- Fixed the melee attacking rocks bug
- Fixed Reaper flash bang animation error
- Changed Loading screen with tourney announcement (imadethisone)

- Fixed color change to swap properly
- Fixed AFK kick to wipe players units (was intended but not implemented)
- Bounty now updating in KOTH
- Fixed vote screen for spectator/replays
