GENERAL

- Burrowed Evasion changed to 20% reduction* (from 20% chance of miss)
*Damage reduction is based on final damage (after armor)

- Removed Creep bonus from all air units (and saviors...)
- After your CC dies you should get 400 supply to support your ally with
- Moved mineral trading time to 30 min

- All T1.5 and Ultimate heroes require 6 gas (T1 remains at 3 gas)

- Removed Drops from center because after 1 hour of tinkering with it I still couldn't fix the bug with control bounty.

MERCS

Zerglings
- Reduced hp per CC upgrade to +10 (from +14)

Zealots
- Reduced hp per CC upgrade to +12 (from +16)
- Increased shield per CC upgrade to +4 (from +3)

Hydralisk
- Reduced hp per CC upgrade to +20 (from +24)
- Reduced damage per CC upgrade to +1.5 (from +2)

Goliath
- Reduced AA damage per CC upgrade to +1.25 (from +1.5)

HEROES

Phoenix
- Limited to 1 per player
- Purchase cost increased to 1000
- Revive price increased to 400 (constant at all levels)
- Bounty for killing increased to 400 (+50 er lvl)
- Removed invincible shield
- Fixed Phoenix Hardened Shield (max ranged damage of 30)
- Base HP increased to 800 (from 300)
- Base shield increased to 800 (from 500)
- Fixed broken weapon
- HP per level=+50 , CC=+50
- Shield per level=+60 , CC=+30
- Damage per level=+3 , CC=+3 (x2 missiles)
- Weapon only deals splash to G-beamed units
- G-beam range per level increased to +.55 (from +.2)
- G-beam can now lift detected burrowed/cloaked units
- G-beam is now AOE with base radius of .75
- G-beam radius increases by .15 per level (max = 1.8)
- Added AOE Cursor and Range Indicator for G-Beam
- G-beam is now on CD instead of energy
- G-beam CD: base=3.5 + .48 per level (since the duration increases)
- Phoenix can now buy all 7 levels (was 5 before)
- Weapon damage bonus changed to 200% dmg to hero
- G-Beamed units are now excluded from Goliath/Missile Turret AA splash
- G-Beamed units now take 40% less damage from Goliath/Missile Turret AA attack
- Phoenix move speed now reduced to 50% for lvl 0 G-Beam duration
- Reduced phoenix weapon attack speed scaling (it was pretty OP at max)

Added new ability: Phoenix Eye
- Phoenix flies high over the field for increased vision
- Increases the sight of the Phoenix from 10 to 32.
- Gives Phoenix radar in a radius of 50
- Cost: 20 energy + 2 energy/sec while active (similar to cloak)
- Phoenix Energy = 50 energy (+10 per lvl)
- Energy regen while inactive = +2 energy/sec

Infestor
- Removed burrow animation (because its way to glitchy with it on)
- Fixed energy regen
- Both burrowed and unburrowed now regen energy the same as burrowed used to

Commando
- Removed +speed while cloaked
- Still has 25% damage reduction but ranged only now

ELITES

Science Vessel
- Temporarily Removed
(need to decide if permanent removal or rework of portal for own units only)

BUGS
- Fixed a bug where Goliath AA dealt splash to ground units
- Sentry has its own FF now (small FF at 50 energy)
- Fixed an odd bug with infestor/queen were getting extra energy regen
- Fixed the rediculous radar range that Phoenix Eye had LOL
