GENERAL

- Phoenix is temporarily disabled while I track down what blizzard broke
- Tweaked some of the weapon animation times to hopefully clean up timescale sideeffects

Early corner leaves CC detonation
0-3 min = instant explode
3-10 min = 45 sec explode (with progress indicator)
10+ = 90 sec explode (with progress indicator)


Banks / Stats / Leaderboard:

NOTE: Your old stats are gone. I am sorry.
It won't let me use the bank from the old map since it's under Ash's account instead of mine.
BUT this gives me the opportunity to work on them without worrying about wiping your stats.

GumpStats Global Leaderboard

- Did some substantial reorganization of the bank triggers

- Fixed CC kills saving
NOTE: it is likely that CCkills will not sync with GumpStats yet because i need to have korvin change the key from CCKills to CCkills

- Added Skill RANKS to the Skill Score System
The leaderboard now shows the Rank and hovering over it gives score (Thanks to korvinGump for the Rank function [wedabest])

- added rank string to bank for use the GumpStats App to read

AvgMet
is the Average Enemy Rank/SkillScore that you have faced in your last 20 games
- Finally had a chance to debug AvgMet
(It now works and also shows on leaderboard as well)

-Fixed several bugs related to Skill Score not properly a awarding/saving the correct values for .

- ADDED SECURITY!!!
Our Banks have had the standard Blizzard signature for a long time however that can be easily bypassed if you are willing to do a google search.
However I have now added a custom bank security key check which will keep you all from editing your banks (Mythic mostly)

I also added a second Key for use with the GumpStats App and KorvinGump has agreed to code it into his Server for us to reject edited files.

BUG FIXES
- Fixed incorrect range on sentry FF
- Fixed incorrect full refund on archon morphs killed during morph
- Added scaling range and cursor effects for all force field abilities
- Added Scaling range indicator for Rag Beam
- When a players leaves, CC marine spawn ability will now be switched to disabled
- If a solo player loses their CC but still has their partners, they will still recieve income
