GENERAL

- TOOLTIPS
- Tournament Announcement
- Some tweaks with animations to improve unit responsiveness to commands
- Fixed a bunch of pathing issues near the base ramps and also the tower corners ;)

- REMOVED typed perk codes for colors/skins (use the menu)

ELITES

Medivac
- Renamed to Medi-Babe
- Now has a single heal beam set on autocast that heals 1 dmg
Spoiler:
This will allow the medivac to follow your army...
freeing you from any work that would tax your sorry skills :p

MERCS

Tankling
- Reduced base health to 190 (from 200)
- Increased +health per training to +15 (from +10)
- Decreased armor per training to +.5 (from +.75)
- Decreased + armor per CC upgrade to +1 (from +1.25)
(My intention is to have them tank with HP and numbers than with armor)

Crackling
- Increased +damage per training to +1 (from +.75)

Warp Zealot
- Increased CD on blink to 3.5 (from 3.0)

Devil Dog
- Set bounty back to 9 (from 8)

Maraider
- Increased HP from Trainings to +15 (from +10)
- Increased HP from CC to +18 (from +16)

Sharpshooter/Sniper
- Dramatically decreased the prone/unprone time
- More to come (including better tooltip for it)

Basically VR should end up doing about double the damage at half the attack rate of the current vr (same DPS after trainings).

[All this is to make VR damage a higher damage attack with slower attack rate - ie better vs high hp high armored stuff which they are intended to counter. the current fastest attack rate and lowest dmg per attack is counter productive to this.]

[This also basically buffs starting dps before trainings but will end up exactly the same after the 3x trainings. Right now VR are overly dependent on their 3x training, ie they can't do much of anything before getting them. Currently pre training VR is 39.3 dps, and after trainings it is 67 (too big of a jump). With these changes VR will start out at 49dps, and still go to 67.]

WRAITH:
Gatling ground attack / missile air attack (AA splash reduced: to something akin to what snipers have (ie enough so muta can't ball vs wraith, but much less than they have now).]

[This way wraith AA dps is buffed to be about equal to the other air, and so won't need crazy splash. Having big AA splash meant it's kinda bad vs air in low numbers but unstoppable vs air when massed. What I would like is wraith to have a very small splash instead (like sniper does), so that muta can't just ball up vs them.]

Phoenix

Hunter Killer
- Base range increased to 6 (from 5.5)
- Base damage decreased to 30 (from 35)
- HP per lvl increased to +50 (from +34.7)
- Armor per lvl increased to +.5 (from +.43)
- Damage per lvl increased to +8 (from +7.5)

BUG FIXES
- Fixed a bug with SS HP per upgrade
- Fixed a bug with Odin weapon splash classified as spell damage
- Fixed an issue where seeker missiles could directly target ally units
- Fixed several bugs with HK melee attack by simply removing it
- Fixed a bug with Marine Health minor not giving the additional +5 HP
- Fixed Several heroes who were dealing "spell damage" instead of splash from weapon
- Fixed a bug where destroyers were doing +20% damage to air (instead of intended -20%)
- Fixed a bug where maraider AA was nerfed more than intended (-30% +slow intended)
- Fixed a bug where several elites were missing from the -make trigger in testmode
