if a team uses 8 scans during a fight (5-10 seconds) i believe they should be punished.

Currently scan lasts a long time and is used to ward away dt when it shouldn't

what would ya'll think of a shorter scan with smaller radius?

I could agree with this, but I already feel like DT is a very strong opening - but this could help out cloaked units in general such as banshee, and ghost.

I like the idea of keeping scans same energy cost, just make the player be more accurate with them gg wp
