I'm gonna have to disagree with you here, archonlord. I am not trying to attack you - I just want to show you a different viewpoint.

The fact is that there is a skill gap in MA. There are some players who are clearly better than others, but that doesn't give you a right to BM. All you can do is try your best; try to help those who are not as good as you and learn from those who are better.

We were all terrible nooby players once, and anyone who claims differently is lying. Try to remember what it was like for you back then, and as you kept improving.

I used to prefer pubs over scrims simply because everyone would play the same strats in every scrim. But it's different now - people actually try new things and play different strats, so now I don't care whether it's a pub or a scrim. It also really doesn't matter to me what the teams are - I'm always looking to improve and have fun, and playing against stacked teams is just another challenge.

I recognize that MA is a difficult game, and most of us enjoy that difficulty, which is why we play it. But if you stop enjoying it, and start disliking it to the point where it becomes toxic for you, then you should probably take a break.

Sidenote: It is pretty hard to organize a scrim - I appreciate anyone who does it. If players have a problem with teams, they should say something in the lobby rather than BM/feed during the game. As MatPat said in the other thread, Micro+Darkness was a stacked team that game. But if nobody said anything in the lobby, then they probably assumed it was okay.

TLDR: glhfhfhfgl

Thanks for reading, glhf <3

@Rain,

Great game guys. I actually woke up feeling sick today after playing TWO games of MA for like 4 hours straight.. lol

But being stuck between two teams is the whole point of a scrim :D

Wellllll I did get raga in that Scrim archon, who is not on the level of everyone else that played. Which was fine by me, because no one was on my level either.
Ohhhhhhhhh lol :p <B [dunno]

All joking aside everyone gets a scrim where there team isn't exactly up to par, but that just makes the win so much better when you pull it off.

Raga is actually a very good support player. I know this because I've played with him numerous times. At the least hes not a feeder. I think stabby will atest to that. I would say raga is better than dbest and Spartacus. He also has experience playing in bunch of Scrims so he knows the game dynamics. Not taking away from your game play yesterday since your scout play is exceptional. Honestly though, I think you and rain should always play in opposite teams with a player that's worse out of the group. Two tourney badges doesn't come cause yur bad sexy.

Here's another scrim from about 3 weeks ago. It's a great one with crazy twists. It really showcases some major skill and strategy. Definitely worth watching.

Spoiler:
I destroy Rain and Mac while soloing to the point where Rain intentionally feeds for 20+ minutes, move commanding units and heros into Stabby and Intotheabyss. Was a great game and an incredible attempt by Rain to make his butt hurt less, but ultimately a massive failure. VERY close game. Damn near won despite having no partner and Rain ruining the game by feeding.

Spoiler:
Had the pleasure of beating Rain 5 times in a row after this game and now his butt hurts more than ever. So that's why he keeps crying whenever he sees me. Fine by me, but I don't appreciate being called a feeder when I'm not the one who gets mad and intentionally feeds to ruin games, that's just wrong. [sophisticated]

looks like time actually grew some balls to post something about me on forums
hey man, i know you've been working hard while i was inactive in MA, and i know how your ass is sore when you still lose to me every single game but no need to come here and spread bullshit lol,
everyone knows that you are a garbage player that stands no chance against me, no need to emphasize your soreness

and as for calling you feeder, well we all know we invited you to fill up space meaning the only purpose you fulfill is feeding other teams lel

Frustrating scrim 0_o but well played on all teams. This one has some interesting twists worth watching, especially in sd. Try to guess the winning team before looking at the spoiler.

Team 1: MatPat, Fire
Team 2: Ragamuffin, Oscar
Team 3: MrStabby, Archonlord
Team 4: SnowJon, Farware/TyelrCm

Spoiler:
Team 4 won.

Also a 2x win streak for SnowJon. Well done mate. MVP goes to Farware though making good decisions all game. Good decision to exploit Stabbys lack of PF. Good choice to camp team 1's tower. Good choice to finally go DA when he did.

Couple of big plays to shape the game. SD about 10-15 minutes in archonlord and stabby didn't have a pf so Tyler double mede dropped and sniped Stabby's CC.

Also, despite team 1's lead and dominance for early SD, T2 and T4 were double tanks on T1's tower and that choked them out of minerals. With T3 gone, it was RIP-eroni. T4 snowballed pretty quickly.

All time camper award goes to Ragamuffin lol Good job though mate. Shut us down hard.

I feel like it's been a really really long time since Ice has lost 5 games in a row - even in 5 scrims, I would expect him to win at least 1 lel

Well thats "3" in a row for me. Starting to get a hang of these things. However I have a really bad habit of getting dropship dropped.

Matpat/Cerfius
Sasin/farware
Haydeneliza/Jpxp
ArchonLordX/Will

Went goliaths with tass this time, sasin and farware did well near the end with a switch to honey badger forcing me to mando very late and snipe.

Nice. Crushing it.

I'd like to point out that we were short handed for people to scrim with so Archonlord and me drew the short stick and got some newer folk (which both held their own I might add). That being said, archonlord crushing it and joined the 3 win streak cool kid club and also ending SnowJons 3/4 win reign.

Scrim feat. cracklings! Also Darkness tried wraiths, which was pretty cool.

I chose crax over devildogs based on the early savior from Spartacus, figuring I could snipe some compounds and trade my whole army - Micro would be hesitant to savior as well.

Darkness + Octavion
MicroJackson + Spartacus
Akash + Johnny
Rain + OneCentStamp

Spoiler:
Akash + Johnny win
